With the advent of the BANI era, the global economy is so complicated, and “the only constant is change.” Faced with a series of uncertainties, we are exploring and moving forward simultaneously. More and more enterprises choose a globalized layout, and YAJOY is one of them. Perhaps we’re not the largest in scale, but we possess the most resolute strides, the boldest determination, and the clearest resolve. Since its establishment, the company has aimed to step beyond borders and venture into the world—a goal that has always been in our journal.

     History has chosen us, and we will eventually leave a significant mark in history. After more than three months of preparation and field investigation, we have selected the industrial cluster in Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province, Vietnam, as our “home”. It’s also where our dream in Vietnam begin. August 28, 2023, holds special significance for the YAJOY.

     At 10:00am, Gao Hua, chairman of YAJOY, led the senior leaders of the group to gather in the conference room to witness the historic moment of signing. Despite being thousands of miles apart, the representative of the Vietnamese, deputy general manager Ms. He Hongyun, joined online. Through screens, they greeted each other, and what was transmitted wasn’t just images but also trust and sincerity spanning rivers and nations. After the host explained the signing process, Ms. He faced the camera, signed her name, and the contract was sealed by the staff. The contract was then scanned and sent back to YAJOY. At 10:30am, Mr. Gao, under the gaze of the camera and representatives of the company’s employees, made a sacred stroke—a stroke that symbolized the group’s determination to step beyond borders and embrace the world. We finally achieved periodic victory today.

Ahead of us lie even greater challenges:

1. Self-challenge:

“In the near future, the Vietnamese factory will officially commence operations. After that, various departments of the group will face the deployment of cross-border work plans. This is no small challenge for all department heads, requiring continuous improvement of their professional abilities,” Chairman Gao Hua said. “Our greatest challenge comes from self-challenges.”

2. Technological challenge:

Vietnam is our first step in venturing beyond borders to secure a favorable position. However, to sustain growth, we must break through barriers and engage in extensive development. This means ongoing research and development, surpassing technological hurdles, not just content with the present, but pushing towards a higher value chain, forging our irreplaceability.

    With favorable winds and daring spirits, forging ahead through challenges, all YAJOY members unwaveringly embrace the creed: “Only the Great Elegance, Exceptional.” We believe the group will ultimately face the winds and waves, move forward with determination, and create brilliance!

On July 29,2023, the sky was cloudy with rain and winds.

However, that did not stop the employees from starting.

 On this day, the opening of the 5th Culture Month

took place with a resounding and clear theme:

“YAJOY’s Growth Drives Mine!”

Expansion section —— We are a Team!

Gripping the ropes tightly,

we focused on the bouncing ball on the drum.

 Every slight movement of our wrists

accompanied a “dong” sound and number count:

“1.2.3.4.5……71.72……130.140……”.

 These were employees of YAJOY who never gave up.

Ascending to the platform, we clenched

our hands and straighten our back.

Without hesitation, we fell straight backward,

greeted by strong arms of our teammates,

ensuring a safe landing.

These were employees of YAJOY who trusted each other.

With powerful shoulders, unwavering gazes and flushed faces,

You stepped on my shoulder. He held your hand.

 Everyone with the help of each other’s strength,

summoned up the courage to climb up!

Although sweat soaked our backs and our body aced,

the joy of success made all present cheer.

These were employees of YAJOY who worked together.

In the “Crazy Windmill” exercise, under the coach’s command,

we swung the ropes vigorously, synchronized and forceful. 

Completing 66 rotations left everyone present

in awe of the extraordinary strength and

impact of the YAJOY team‘s effort.

These were people of YAJOY who strove making progress.

On the evening of 29th,

the “2023 Semi-annual Excellent Employees Awards Party Ceremony”

commenced amidst enthusiastic applause.

Gao Hua, general manager of YAJOY, expressed in his speech,

 ” YAJOY has been in its fifth year. In the past five years,

 the company has experienced many difficulties.

But with the unremitting efforts of everyone,

we have gone step by step to the present,  and moved towards a broader area.

 I hope that on the way to the future,

we will have boundless love like shining stars and embrace freedom like the wind.”

and other awards were awarded.

The venue echoed with prolonged applause.

Bonfire & drifting —— The blend of water and fire

As night fell, a bonfire lit the carnival night.

Sitting on the ground around the bonfire,

we actively took part in various small games.

The firelight illuminated our faces,

 as we laughed loudly, sang, and ran…

The drifting kindled the passion of summer.

In the course of the drifting,

We cooperated with each other to overcome

various challenges on the way;

 the happiness after work.

A group of like-minded people ran together on path of ideas,

And looked back at the story along the way.

     On the morning of June 30, 2023, a timely rain brought a trace of coolness to the hot summer. Mr. Colby Higgins, design director of Shark Ninja, accompanied by Shark Ninja CMF Mr. Daniel Zhang and Mr. Frank Gu, came to YAJOY for investigation. Mr. Gao Hua, general manager of YAJOY, extended a warm welcome to the Mr. Colby Higgins on behalf of YAJOY.

   At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Anny Wu, project director of YAJOY, introduced the development status of the company to Mr. Colby Higgins and elaborated on the brand concept and core technologies. She stressed that YAJOY always adheres to the corporate mission of adding color to technology and living a more wonderful life, and our company is committed to becoming the chief expert of surface treatment. Mr. Colby gave great affirmation of our company’s development concept. For our company’s focus on the research of CMF, which is based on presenting scientific and futuristic geometric texture, dynamic visual effect, and providing consumers with a more scientific experience, or conveying the harmony and affinity through the surface treatment, etc., Colby recognized greatly, and he was willing to jointly create very modern products. He was also interested in discussing with us the surface treatment process of the beauty instrument they were developing, and wanted to work with us on more new surface processes.

   Subsequently, accompanied by the participants, Colby visited the company’s product exhibition hall and production workshop, and had an in-depth exchange. When visiting the exhibition hall, he noticed our self-developed surface treatment technology of Flyco shaver, especially the starry spot and drawing processes, and consulted Ms. Anny about the relevant technical principles. He said he hoped to discuss more with us about the design of appearance.

    During the visit to the workshop, Colby learned about the production status of different workshops, and spoke highly of the automated spraying line we used and the spray gun imported from Japan. In particular, we have built a special automated spraying line for Shark Ninja products, and he believed that such high-quality automatic production line can produce high-quality products more efficiently. In addition, when Colby visited the vacuum electroplating workshop located on the first floor of the factory, he expressed a strong interest in the operation mode of the electroplating process and had professional and technical exchanges with relevant personnel.

     After the visit, Mr. Colby Higgins thanked YAJOY for its warm reception and praised our company for solid foundation, continuous innovation and R&D of new technologies. He said the partnership between Shark Ninja and YAJOY will be further deepened to build higher-end products in future projects. Mr. Gao, general manager of YAJOY, also expressed the hope that the two sides would uphold the principle of mutual benefit and win-win results on the basis of the existing cooperation, give full play to their respective resource advantages, further expand the breadth and depth of cooperation, and establish a more stable and close cooperative relationship.

     On May 24, 2023, accompanied by Shark Ninja CMF Mr. Daniel Zhang and Mr. Frank Gu, Ms. Seona De Cleirl from Shark Ninja UK branch visited YAJOY. Mr. Gao Hua, chairman of Shark Ninja, extended a warm welcome to Ms. Seona De Cleirl on behalf of YAJOY.

     Subsequently, Mr. Gao gave a detailed introduction to Ms. Seona De Cleirl on the latest development of YAJOY. Meanwhile, Ms. Anny, project director of YAJOY, made a specific report on the projects currently under cooperation. In the process of communication, Ms. Seona De Cleirl also put forward some unique opinions. She said she was very pleased that YAJOY could consistently ensure the good quality of large quantities of products, and she also believed that YAJOY had many leading advantages in the industry.

     Later, Ms. Seona De Cleirl began to visit the company’s production workshop. During the visit, Ms. Seona De Cleirl had a very careful understanding of the production situation of each workshop, and raised relevant questions, then accompanying people provided detailed answers. She was full of praise for the zero-defect white touch pen we were producing, and the exquisite appearance effect of drawing process and starry spot process. At the same time, she also gave a very high evaluation of the clean workshop, professional automation equipment and standardized management.

     After visiting the workshop, Ms. Seona De Cleirl said that she would continue to promote the in-depth cooperation between Shark and YAJOY, and further pull the friendly relationship between the two sides in more projects. She thought YAJOY would become Shark’s global strategic partner and work together to create world-class products. Mr. Gao also believed that YAJOY continued to adhere to the pursuit of the ultimate, and constantly strive to improve the quality of products and services.
