Our Production Lines
Overview
Our company takes pride in its five great production lines, two of which are located in our Changshu plant and the other three in our Taicang plant. Each of our production lines is equipped with an advanced RCO combustion equipment that adopts an environmental treatment system, ensuring that our manufacturing process is eco-friendly.
We are proud to have received EIA qualifications for all our production lines, which includes both water and oil paint discharge qualifications. Our commitment to environmental sustainability is of utmost importance, and we strive to exceed the regulatory requirements in this regard.
At our production lines, we use the highly efficient DEVILBISS imported blue gun, which guarantees excellent spray flow rate and atomization stability.
Furthermore, we have used the United States Graco 308+ voltage regulator system and Siemens PLC electronic oil control system. Our emphasis on quality extends to every aspect of our manufacturing process, ensuring that our customers receive the best products on the market.

3 Paint 4 Bake spraying line: 500m (Changshu plant)
The manufacturing time is 2022.
Cleanliness: spraying room static level 300, dynamic level 1000, operation area static level 3000, dynamic level 8000 (according to the design of optics)
2 Coating 2 baking vacuum plating line: 122/127m (Taicang plant)
The manufacturing time is 2021.
One line each for the primer and topcoat.

3 Paint 4 Bake spraying line: 400m (Taicang plant)
