On July 27th and 28th, 2024, Yajoy Group successfully held the 6th Annual Conference on Corporate Culture Construction – Setting Off for Freedom! Inspire employees’ potential and collaborative spirit through challenges and expansion training. The event was held at the scenic Liyang Flying Bamboo Sea Expansion Base, allowing employees to experience the joy of teamwork and self challenge in the beautiful natural environment.
Activities Show
The company has invited a professional team of expansion coaches for this outdoor team building and development activity. All projects are completed strictly according to standards, and the entire team is divided into six small groups for activities, including various team collaboration challenges such as Giant Footsteps, Rope Circle Power, Life and Death Wall, Dancing Asian Dragon, etc.
The Wall of Life and Death
The most impressive part is the life and death wall segment. Yajoy’s comrades achieved a good result of 15 minutes and 1 second, successfully passing 110 people through a 4.2-meter high wall. This is the most typical team cooperation project, and each member must cooperate fully, be fast, stable, responsible and accountable, in order to complete the task in the shortest possible time. Through this project, every participant deeply feels the importance of cooperation and responsibility, and will surely benefit greatly in their future work.
Commendation Conference
The commendation ceremony kicked off with the speech of General Manager Gao Hua of Yajoy Group, who stated that Yajoy Group’s achievements today are inseparable from the efforts of everyone present. Yajoy is currently experiencing its second five-year period of rapid development, and we believe that Yajoy will continue to improve. Subsequently, the conference commended the outstanding colleagues who performed well in the first half of 2024.
Peak Season Launch Conference
Due to the nature of the industry, Yajoy Group will usher in the peak season of 2024. As the saying goes, in the golden autumn of August, the fragrance of osmanthus flowers, the land of rivers and seas, and the raging waves, the next six months will be a time for Yajoy’s children to fight bravely and overcome obstacles in one fell swoop. It will also be a time for Yajoy people to unite, work together, and fight for the company, embodying the spirit of fighting for honor. Vice President Chen of the Operations Center led the middle-level personnel of the group to take the oath of launching the peak season.
